Ok. need some help here fellas. I recently purchased a torch set. I wanted to replace the hose for a longer one. The one it had was 12 feet and I bought one that is 25 feet. I got it in and then the problem. The end pieces that screws onto the tanks is to big. The older line had smaller heads and the new one has bigger. I look at any other tanks and they all have same heads as this new hose. My question is this: Can you buy and adapter that will allow the fitting to work? I need to come bigger from the tank to the fitting on the hose. If so, what do I ask for and where to get it? Thanks guys. I appreciate it. One last question since Im rolling here. My torch I bought came in today. I bought it used. It is suppose to be a Harris. On the torch all I read is this:"10 oxygen"Is this how you can tell it is a Harris or is it a Harris knockoff? thanks guys.\whiteyminWhitey____________________________Lincoln Pro Mig 180Clarke Mig 125Clarke Mig 95Hobart Stickmate 205*looking for a chop saw*
Reply:you can buy adapters at local welder supply. make sure you get one for oxygen and one for acetylene.
Reply:Whiteymin, Once you get that problem solved, look for adapters that will let you connect your old 12' hoses to the new 25' for 37'.MM200 w/Spoolmatic 1Syncrowave 180SDBobcat 225G Plus - LP/NGMUTT Suitcase WirefeederWC-1S/Spoolmatic 1HF-251D-1PakMaster 100XL '68 Red Face Code #6633 projectStar Jet 21-110Save Second Base!
