Reply:nope .........go with something that your local weldingsupply store carries.....so you can get parts for it be it lincoln miller or esab
Reply:What are you going to weld?  How much welding are you going to do?  Do you have 220V available where you will be welding?Clarke machines are low-end, but functional for light repairs, etc.  If you plan to begin doing some hobby welding, like building go-karts or making ornamental iron work, you'll want a higher-end machine from good manufacturer.  Hobart machines are very good for this.  If you want to get into trailers, 1/4" and thicker steels, and aluminum, look at Miller, ESAB and Lincoln.Hank
Reply:I've had mine now for about 6 years without any problems.  120v wirefeed.  Duty cycle is kinda low, but it was cheap!  It has been used at least once a week since purchase.  Like others have said, if it broke, i have no idea where to get parts.
