Reply:Have you considered calling a Ryerson service center in another city?  I think their system is tied in nationally, so you could call an outstanding rep in another city and have the local deliver your stuff.I recommend my branch.  Terry Dant or Kim Detherage (502) 266-5007 are super.  They save my butt on an almost weekly basis.
