While sitting around recovering from gall bladder surgery, which was a rather painful surprise Saturday morning. I decided to get some pics of my truck and a little of my equipment. Attached Images
Reply:Some of my other weapons in my arsenal of metal mayhem inlude a Victor Torch set, Milwaukee 14" carbid tipped cut off saw, 4x6 bandsaw, several grinders, a evolution 7 1/4 metal saw and a 11x26 metal lathe. Hope to soon add a milling machine and I am looking at the Lincoln suitcase MIG to go with the Ranger. This is just a beginning. I hope to continue to build equipment and update equipment over the next few years. My long term goal is to one day open a full fabrication shop. This is just a start. I have already gotten a few small jobs and I am getting the word out so hopefully more work will begin to come in.
Reply:Sorry to here you're under the weather. Hope you get well soon. Nice rig and toys.
Reply:I really like that little red box in the back, heheh. I work out of a 3/4 ton but not a fwd. I have a Lincoln LN-25 that hooks up to the machine in mine (looks just like yours except stainless case and the Lincoln version says 305 on it). IMO you can't get a better feeder than the LN-25. You will really like having it as it adds so much more capability. The difference between art and craft is the quality of the workmanship. I am an artist.
Reply:Sweet! I like your setup, most of what mine is is taken up by a big Greenlee (soon to be Blacklee) box. What sort of work do you do?I'm looking to pick up a lincoln here in the future, though a few sizes up!my chebby's a gas 3/4 ton 4x4, which sucks with how gas prices are these days! did you build the bumper on your truck? I remember when I worked on a bumper line. It sucked, but it was a paycheck! My girlfriend had her gall bladder removed a few months ago.Last edited by mb_welder; 04-08-2008 at 07:18 AM.
