Miller Trailblazer 302g is this a good deal

I'm looking at a miller trailblazer 302 gas the guy wants $4000.00 for it.  It has never been used, has zero hours on it.  It comes with 40' of cables.  he has all the warrenty and paperwork for it.  I live in kelowna bc canada, they are $4299.00 plus tax brand new is this a good deal?
Reply:It's plenty fair if your looking ot help someone out.And should be no hurt feeling on it on either side IMO.Lowest price online I've found new is 4k w/ no tax and free shipping online.I got one slightly used @ 2k w/ 600 hours. Just to give you an idea...p.s. can't wait to get up to B.C. to ride.
