I finally got to see the race car again..Man we have some work to do if we wanna race this year..But for what they are worth I can only get so many pics with the car in the trailer..Malich wanted a pic or 2 of the "Freon Tank Fuel Tank"..So here is what I could get pics. wizzzzze..Converted freon tank..Current 427..Next!...zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a  dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.

Reply:Zap pretty nice looking intake there.It takes some talent to make one for an FE Ford.I tried to made one out of mild steel one time for a 428 CJ.I finally gave up.What heads do you have on that engine,they appear to be iron heads.If thats a 427 Ford i would be interested in it if he is changing engines,if he wants to sell.

Reply:Brh1969, There are still a few 427s around in the boat world. I'll bet $5 dollar gasoline will push a few into retirement.Zap I know you'll like this one - My friend road tested a new ‘69 Mach-1, a Drag Pack car. When he got back from his road test, he said  "I'll take it". The boss waiting at the dealership was furious, he said "your GD right you'll take it!".  If it weren't for that last comment, there would probably be no more to tell, but instead, the ink on his title wasn't dry yet, when he lit 'em up and absolutely smoked the dealership out. BTW - That car looked like it had cross bolted mains, and the original engine had never been pulled.Fast forward - Same guy, he's now looking at buying a new Bullitt and is in intense negotiations with the salesman. Reply:Thanks anyway Zap not really interested in any FE besides a 427. I bought a 427 block back about 95-96.It was a Cross bolted Nascar block still in the crate,still packed in Cosmoline.It was intended for my mud truck but just couldnt bring myself to do it.Went 429/460 route instead.Ended up selling the 427 block before the ex got a hold of it in divorce,thankfully she didnt really know what it was worth.
