I've got a SkillsUSA welding competition to compete in next weekend and I know they are gonna throw some things at us that is gonna raise the dificulty so i have a few questions1) When using TIG with helium, mixed or not, what should the flowrate be set at, since helium is lighter than air its gonna take more pressure to shield it, what ballpark should i be prepared to set it at if i come across it?2)MIG welding with 100% c02, i heard thats the gas they had last year, what do i need to know about it as far as maniupulations and essential variables go. How different does it weld and what problems might i run into with it?3) If anybody has any other information that might be good to know for this comp that could help me out it would be appreciated. I'm already good at reading blueprints so thats not an issue.any help is greatly appreciated!!
