Anybody know anything about the TIG torches from anglevtech.com, like Ebay #7519724042 They say they are "weldcraft style" I wonder, are these foreign made?ThanksMark
Reply:I have this exact model torch , i love it . It is water cooled , no gas valve , you require a tig machine with a built in gas solenoid.and a water cooler made for this purpose. it can handle up to 250 amps. you can use .020 to up to 1/8th" tungstens . 25 foot hose on it , good thing , the 12 footers are only suitable for a (TIG) machine RIGHT next to your welding table you work at (on)- ROY

Reply:There are some old airco/air products style tig torches that aren't the same, but most everything now is by the numbers (17, 18, 19...and so on). Stuff from the same numbers pretty much fits any brand with that number. There are exceptions, I am sure, but...Smithboy...if it ain't broke, you ain't tryin'.
