Hi all Thanks for checking this out. I have a simple job for an aluminum pan that needs to be done for a customer. Its a 4" deep 48" x 18" pan. Its a catch/drain pan for a filter system that has to go into a carpeted closet. If anyone can recommend someone in the area, I'd appreciate it very much. I do not have a brake large enough or the level of skill to weld it as nice as I want. Thanks again for any input.500 AMP AIRCO TIG LINCOLN PT185 100% DC @ 128 AMP-WTFSPEED GLASS 9002X MILLER THUNDERBOLT 225HOBBIEST TURNED WELDING JUNKIE8 2ND FIRECAT - SNOWMOBILE RACE CHASSIS FABRICATORPRIDE IS WHAT MAKES YOUR WORK SO GOOD
Reply:One thing i like about aluminum is you dont always need to use a brake if you have a table saw, you can cut some groves at the bend lines, fold it up and tig the corners, or spray a weld on the corner instead, done it many times and it works slickNothing Ever Got Done By Quitting, Never Give Up.
