Aws and Cwi's

Just by a show of hands...   how meny Cwi's are here (with age) and how meny AWS members are here (with age) we just picked up a new Cwi at my work.... they sent him to take the test... i couldnt pass it cause i dont have that kinda brain power, but           looking to get a feel for who's out there and how old ya are,

Reply:44 Years Old.1st became a CWI in 1990. Let it drop 2 x and retested 2x. Had 3 numbers since 90.Became AWS Member in 1986. Current with both. AWS Let me keep the same AWS member number even though I had years I wasn't paying dues.Have a nice dayhttp://www.weldingdata.com/

Reply:37, AWS member, and CWI.Why would you be a CWI and not an AWS member?  I'm thinking that perhaps you were a member when you took the test, then stopped paying the membership?  When taking the test, you get such a discount to be a member that you're best to join and test at the same time.
