Happy Turkey Day and A ??

First of all Happy Thanksgiving to all!!I just bought a used outside wood furnace and the hydronic heater coil that came with it has about 4 " U " tubes that have cracks in them. The coil was drained out but evidently it a enough water in it to freeze.It looks to me like new ones could be sweated in then test the coil. I have very little HVAC knowledge and just thought you guys could tell if it is worth having repaired or not. Reply:Yep, Ollie is right. Just be careful with the heat input, and they can be repaired.And then, after so much work...... you have it in your hand, and you look over to your side...... and the runner has run off. Leaving you holding the prize, wondering when the runner will return.
Reply:i would be afraid to remove the damaged fittings..gently push the cracks together to reduce the gap and silver solder is definitely gonna work..
