Custom flashlight

Reply:I've already been thinking of building a flashlight using a motorcycle battery and a headlamp.  I want a flashlight I that's BRIGHT and runs for an hour or two.  I'm always having to work on something after dark.  It pisses me off laying under the truck trying to work with the flashlight getting dimmer and dimmer.I'm thinking I'll buy a cheap battery charger and make a drop-in charger.  Maybe use a plastic box to house the battery and screw on some copper tabs to the bottom for the connector.  Use a diode so if you set it down on something conductive it doesn't short out.Yet another item in the long list of projects I want to build.....Dynasty200DX w/coolmate1MM210MM VintageESAB miniarc161ltsLincoln AC225Victor O/A, Smith AW1ACutmaster 81IR 2475N7.5FPRage3Jancy USA1019" SBAEAD-200LE
