Hello all,A local hobby guy/ pro came out for us and shot a bunch of pictures of the Formula cars and some of us.  His name is Roger Cox and his website for those who are interested is rogpics.com.  He does a lot of local car shows and body building events.The pictures of the weldor are me, and I am in the black Adidas jacket in others.EnjoyMechanical Engineer

Reply:Very cool. I always dig shop pics, especially good ones!! The car looks like a lot of fun!And then, after so much work...... you have it in your hand, and you look over to your side...... and the runner has run off. Leaving you holding the prize, wondering when the runner will return.
Reply:The car with all 4 wheels on has a 440 cc single cylinder, whereas the one on stands has a Suzuki LTR 450 cc single.45 hp, they weigh 400 lbs.  We just took them out to Andersen Race Park two weeks ago and the one on stands was pulling 1.7-1.8 g's in the corners.  The car was geared for 120 mph that weekend.The two races for the new car we are building is at Virginia International Raceway and Michigan International Speedway this year in the summerGo Bulls!!!DustinMechanical Engineer
Reply:Nice pic's. That hose to the remote res, (on the front damper) is real tight, I'd let that banjo move down a bit. By the way what dampers are you running. I used to be the importer for Risse racing in to the UK, and all the teams in the know liked to run them over here

Reply:thats sick.. haha.. i've got a LT-r 450 motor on my stand right now i've totally rebuilt. those motors have 3 oil pumps..when the main one goes, alot of bad things happen.getting cammed up, new athena piston and bore, hot rods crank and rod assembly and a 2 brothers juice box.. should be nasty. (in addition to another $1800 in misc parts to replace what  had turned into filings and shavings from running out of oil. .the crank, piston and rod are all weled together.. ) definitely sick.. you've got a badazz job bro. i'd LOVE to see those things with a 600 or 1000 motor. haha.. get the 09 R1 crossplane motor..   wow.http://kawispeed.com/ -moderator and tech deluxewww.myspace.com/trickortrack -cuz i have no life
