Is this a good seal on a Lincoln???

Lincoln Pro 140 with aluminum conversion and includes 2 rolls of aluminum wire. Has tank included with full load of straight argon gas. $395 for everything. My concern is that I will need to add more accessories to use on regular sheet metal, am I wrong.Pass or grab before it's gone??? Thanks!
