Anybody see/use the new Jackson Truesight lens?

I've currently got a Jackson NexGen auto-darkening lens in my Halo Helmet, and I love both of them. Albeit, the buttons are a little small, and I've flashed myself more than once because I forgot to switch back from grind mode to weld mode. My bad.Anyhow, I saw this new lens and thought it looked awesome, it addressed two of the issues that I've faced, small buttons, and a shade that is a little too amber in color. Reply:I HAVE NOT USED IT.But I too am looking at picking one of these up my ArcOne $20 Singles 420 craped out on my last wednesday. Reply:I demoed one for a day. My friend works at Fastenal and they had one laying around. I currently have a HaloX with a Nexgen filter in it, and have used that for several years now.Pros-I prefer the amber puddle look, the Miller Digital Elites are too green/blueish for me.-The light state seemed lighter than my Nexgen.-The torch mode has shades 5-8, but they do not use the light sensors (locked in shade).-The newer style (370?) headgear is nice, but it seemed like it would loosen a lot. It does have a detent for the full up position. I resorted to just tightening and loosening the head gear to get it on and off. The new head gear won't grab your hair or beanie.Cons-Head gear as mentioned above. -Shape of the HaloX hood almost makes extra leathers or something to help stop light under the bottom a requirement. -I wear safety glasses under my helmet, and they fogged often.-A big one is the fact that the new filter unit takes a special (and very stupid) cover plate. Pretty much a standard with a little indent. Why they don't take standard is beyond me. That's what I loved about the Nexgen filter.Overall I missed the extra viewing area when I went back to my Nexgen, but I still think my next helmet will be a Speedglas 9100XX. I do plan on keeping my Nexgen and buying the new headgear for my current helmet though.

Reply:FWIW, I talked with Baker's Gas about whether to get a Jackson Helmet with NextGen, Truesight or Boss lens. They didn't have much experience with Truesight so they called Jackson to get the lens size and their thoughts. Jackson came back saying definitely get the Truesight as they consider it a big improvement.
Reply:Just figured I would mention that I got some 370 headgear for my current hood, and the stuff on the demo helmet must have been a lemon or beat to piss, because this set I have is awesome. Doesn't fall down like the other one did. Hell, I even got the headgear for free from the tool room, can't beat that.
