hey guys i just bought a 1992 lincoln sa200 classic 1 man its only has 3200 origanl hours on it real nice machine. But it has no fine current adjustment . the ocv are just right at 93 but you turn your fine current down and nothing still 93 its giveing its all! i have had the reostats go out before and the machine would not weld but would a bad reostat make it do this? any ideas thanks
