I have a simple question that I keep getting conflicting information on. Do you need work place hours to get your C ticket or do you simply need to just do for exampe the 6 month welding C course at BCIT. I assume like most things you need hours before you can get a ticket but ive read and been told otherwise.
Reply:In BC to get your tickets you need 7 months in school and 5 months in the field, 7+5= 12 months. Your B 4 months in school 8 in the field 4+8=12 months. Your A 2 in school ten at work. After 5000 logged hours and completion of the B you can write your IP Red Seal like I didNothing Ever Got Done By Quitting, Never Give Up.
Reply:You need the work experience before you'll get the pretty sticker. |
