Just a couple of photo's of the cart I built a few years ago when I bought my first Lincoln, The sp 170 "big-boy", this was followed by the Lincoln P.C.40 plasma cutter and my latest Lincoln purchase the V205-T, So as you can see the cart had to keep changing to handle the new machines,Mostly built from folded and welded sections with a nice shaped full width drawer to take account of the Lincoln "big boy" wire reel cover. The drawer is just great for holding spare tips, shrouds, liners and spare wire feed rollers etc (with a memory like mine it's best to keep all similar spares in one place.) Reply:It's a good thing you built that cart 'Miller Tough' to be able to hold all that dead weight Gordo!Looks good. How does it roll now that it has all that extra payload? If you keep going you'll have to figure in some bigger wheels at some point.MM200 w/Spoolmatic 1Syncrowave 180SDBobcat 225G Plus - LP/NGMUTT Suitcase WirefeederWC-1S/Spoolmatic 1HF-251D-1PakMaster 100XL '68 Red Face Code #6633 projectStar Jet 21-110Save Second Base!
Reply:Thanks for asking Duane, I rolls just fine, hard rubber needle roller wheels to the rear and nylon swivel castors(with brake) on the front, Not planning on turning it into a "high rise" no more mods for this one,I have a couple more machines but they will have to be a seperate project,Could do with some of your FREE metal.(no wonder they call it STEEL !)
