Today i decided to do my first tig project. I just started learning tig so i figured it was time to move on to a project. I deciced to make a holder for a hanging flower basket. (You know, the kind that everyone gets for mothers day).Pic1... The material. 1/2x 1/8 flat bar. The round bar will be used for another type of holderPic2... Custom made bender. Reply:Thanks guys, Spyguy, Go ahead and use that idea. I remember seeing somthing very similiar to mine so i modeled my bender after that. I just used a standard socket for the die.Ya gotta spend money to make money!
Reply:Hello Shane, Really nice job, I used to build something similar but drilled thro' support section and plug welded,get the welding just right and it looks like a nice rivet head,goes with the wrought iron theme very well.
