Now that I got a working lever, I need a way to lock it into any position I want. This is the beginning of a sector. Essentially a round gear sorta thingy that a pawl fits into.I don't have a large rotary table for my mill, so I had to get a little weirdThe innitial radius is found by drilling a hole, and using a ruler as a tram. The hole comes into play later in the machining processThe circle is cut proud, and ground back to the true radius, then the hole is enlarged to fit a 3/8 studThe stud is mounted on the milling table, trued, and the rest beginsMeasurements around the perimiter of the circle are done with a divider, and marked in pencil. Not rocket science. Then the milling begins. Attached Images"Any day above ground is a good day"http://www.farmersamm.com/
