Ok, I am going to attempt some more TIG this weekend. My question is, last weekend I got the puddle started and put enough heat into the joint to keep the puddle moving constantly kind of like GMAW and FCAW but a little slower. Now, what is the correct way? Should I use less heat to build the puddle, add filler, move, wait for puddle add filler, move etc. or do I keep doing what I was doing before?I have a chart from Lincoln that indicates travel speed in inches per minute, so I think I may have been trying to move to fast by adding more heat. Thanks in advance.Build a Barstool Racer at BarFlyRacers.com!
