Reply:It just looks retarded to me that the insulator that's on the torch body is tapered and the gas lens insulator goes straight across I originally thought that the gas lens insulator was supposed to take the place of the tapered insulator, it just looks sloppy to me i don't know why they couldn't just redesign the gas lens insulator to be used independently with the torch body.
Reply:based on the picture I would say the configuration goes 6,5,4,10,1,3 which it looks like is your second picture.if you follow the pattern, it appears that the parts aline on the angle. 9,8,7,10,1, - 13,12,11,10,1 - 14,12,11,10,1 - Ect.There are no problems. Reply:I had a similar issue with my lens on. Wp17. Does the insulator flip the other way? If not, I agree with pic 2.TA Arcmaster 300CM3XMT 304S22P12 suitcase feederX-Treme 12VSOptima pulserTA161SMaxstar 150STLHypertherm PM45OP setupStihl 020AVP, 039, 066 Magnum
Reply:Ya, I understand from the diagram that the parts align at a angle but if don't include part 10 you can see how it looks in picture 1, and unfortunately the insulator doesn't flip the other way i had all ready tried.
Reply:Does anybody have any ideas here? Attached Images
