Hey everyone, My name is Dan. I do all types of precision welding for a shop in Pa. Tig is my main squeeze. Business has been quite slow as of late. Trying to look into other types of markets for precision welding. Here are some pics of some of what I did last week. Talk with you soon and nice to be here. Thanks Dan Attached Images
Reply:Thats some pretty looking micro welds for a lack of a better word. Do you use a microscope? And what amps, filler dia., tungsten dia. are you using? I asume you are using tig as the process. Nice work, keep the pic's coming.Good judgement comes from experience.Experience comes from bad judgement.

Reply:Looks like you do some laser welding?I have a job right now I am having trouble with, welding some .020" inconel cloth to O.D. of a 17-4ph slug 1.5" Diameter and more or less solid. I've been welding the parts with micro plasma but it has proven to be extremely tedious, is this a job that laser would be better suited for?
