What do you guys suggest I read or watch...

to help me learn welding more efficiently?  I started welding over the last few weeks, I've never done it before and the ressources here are extremely limited.  I'm pretty much on my own.  Are there any books, DVD's that would help me learn quicker (and explain processes like pipe welding, etc...   I can't run beads on flat metal forever)?  I'm especially interested in TIG welding and ace/oxy cutting.   Thank you in advance for any information you guys can provide.
Reply:I JUST posted info on this subject in "general welding questions" ...zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a  dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.
