So let me give me some back round firstEver since i got my welder my moms been bragging to all her friends that i can weld this leads to some wierd project landing in my lapSo my grandma gives my me a little basket made of old danish coins that one coin broke off. Not being able to say no to grandma i told her i would try to fix it.Now looking at it im wondering how the F im i gonna fix thisall i have is a 110 mig and a propane torch im not even sure what the coins are made of they're not magnetic probably not aluminium so tin? or what I NEED SOME HELPi would post pics but i suck at the computerthanks
Reply:They might be silver soldered or something. I kinda doubt they are welded.
Reply:if you can regulate the torch down low to a cool flame you might be able to fuse it or braze it.. really gotta post pics to get any meaningful help...
Reply:i went and bought a soldering iron and some fine solder this morning and i think that will work but thanks for your help if this dont work ill try to post pix
