Flux Cored Wires

Flux Cored wires have 2 Catagories: Gas Shielded and Self Shielded and they should be call as such.  I would like to know which Flux Cored wire you like and which Polarity is best for you.  This should help us all in making our decisions.  JohnSMAW,GMAW,FCAW,GTAW,SAW,PAC/PAW/OFCand Shielding Gases.  There all here. :
