I had a stupid moment and connected the machine's battery backwards (reverse polarity) I tried to start it for several minutes and it seemed as if it actualy made some combustion in reverse. After I noticed my mistake, I fixed the polarity and tried to start it again. It did start and ran for several seconds before shutting down, so I figured no gasoline was being feeded in to the carb. Can this mean that the wrong connection of battery screwed the fuel pump? Could this affect any other of the machine's systems? What other consequences could this have?? |
