Working on this for my FIL for a Christmas gift, His CB handle is Roadrunner and that is his nickname, So I started working on this change/Pocket Valet for him, got it cut out, got it all welded but the left side because I broke my tig torch, But this is not finished, I still have to do a final smoothing to the roadrunner and I am going to jewel all of it and clear itMade of 4043 ALuminum, and 3X3 Aluminum AngleHand Cut with a Thermal Dynamics Pakmaster 100XLWelded with a Syncrowave 200 using 2% Thoriated 3/32" Tungsten and 4043 1/8" FillerThe angle is 1/4" and the roadrunner is 3/8" thickComments
