Well, just for the heck of it, here's a project from a few years back. I've got a '67 Olds Cutlass with a small block Olds engine. Would seem like an off the shelf header would fit, not for a small block. Only big. So here are some pictures.Please bear in mind this was my first set of pipes, I used a 110V mig, and I am an amature.

Reply:looks like you had to get creative on a couple of those pipes. looks like each header has a removable primary. Was that to aid in installation or was it necessary to fit around some component?
Reply:Left side had to go around the steering column. And to keep equal length primaries one on each side went around the frame rail.
