Reply:Looks cool! Mine will be similar but I think I will do doors more like a cupboard. I am also using a smaller oil tank, only 135 Gallon, that one looks like 250 gal.
Reply:for cooking a pig.....you can't beat "La Caja China."  You will not eat a tastier pig than one cooked in a caja china.......especially done with a tradtional cuban "sour orange" marinade.  i  was thinking of making one of these.

Reply:Your cooker is one beefy unit. How big of a pig can you cook in that "hog heaven?"  Man.....I am getting stoked for new year's eve.  We are cooking a pig that night!
Reply:Great looking project!!!!And then, after so much work...... you have it in your hand, and you look over to your side...... and the runner has run off. Leaving you holding the prize, wondering when the runner will return.

Reply:Nice looking BBQ... Looks like your going to have a bad back if you have to drive very far.Also, on the pig oven, you can cook marsh mellows while you wait. Common sense in an uncommon degree is what the world calls wisdom.
