Kinda boring to the rest of the world but I'm excited One of the guys from the shop picked up a new surface for our gigantic welding table! Turns out there is a great sheetmetal place down the street who stocks mild, stainless and aluminum sheets. This is 5'x10'x.125 mild plate.Since I know someone is bound to ask, the manifold is for an SR20DET, stainless steel robo-tig welded, twin-scroll, T3 flanged with external VBand wastegate, top-mount configuration.. Made by our friends at Full Race out of Arizona.^ Also got our JD2 tube bender finally setup and bolted to the floor! Can't wait to start banging out a few cages in Jan^ Here's a AN-16 fitting and mount tab we tigged to a radiator for one of our guy's car. It goes in a v-mount configuration along with the intercooler (next pics)^ V mount setup out of some left over DOM. I didn't weld this up, it's a little sloppy around the gusset plate.^ I finally picked up a set of the Hougen hole saws -- they are simply amazing! Good for up to 1/8" sheet, they leave a virtually burr-free hole.
