looking for some ideas for making garden tools..rakes,shovels, hoes..etc..

Reply:this is one of the first things i ever made.a good example of a 110v fc machine maxed out and leaving droppings. but the sucker has worked hard and never broke. it chops up clods in the garden and weeds and vines. it chops ice off the driveway and rust scale and paint off of scrap steel.blade is a piece of 12 gauge. it is fitted and welded into a piece of 3/8 by 3 flat bar, handle is a piece of pip notched around the flat bar.sucker is heavy and cuts what it hits.
