Looking at a Miller 330 A/BP set up for Tig & Stick. Comes with water cooled torch, stick set up, and Miller 2 cooler. I know its a big machine but that's about it. It's a single phase 220 set up, but don't know what size breaker i need. Currently I have a 30 amp breaker for my Lincoln 225 AC stick, and air compressor. Seems to work fine is that big enough for this? Oh ya he wants $500.00 For it. Any other pros & cons would be helpful. Thanks, 66plymouthLast edited by 66plymouth; 12-10-2011 at 04:01 PM.

Reply:Workhorse!I run mine on 100 amp hardwire and have zero issues with it..Once you get it dialed in to your liking I think you will love the machine.....zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.

Reply:Awesome machine, I had one. They are huge and weigh almost 1/2 ton on a cart and with accessories. They are very power efficient relative to other transformer machines. Reply:Agreed, Awesome Machine! I aqquired one a couple years ago from a guy that owed me $100. I haven't TIGGED with it yet but it stick welds great! Buy it.
Reply:I've had one for forty years, bought it new. Very rarely will you need to run it on high range. I have a sixty amp breaker on mine and I keep it on mid range, very sweet machine!By the way, if you want to keep it clean, mount it on a stand off the floor.
