I have been reading the grumpy men of tig tread. This is good and I like to stir the pot a little. I am new to tig and getting better. All the parts I buy for my atv which I race look good and are tig welded. Im going to skhool soon so I can sit back in 30 years and wonder why I only built on aluminum house with 5 million rods and a gas pedal. The gas welding looks boring but its my first to try. Soon I will be a poor guy of occ with a tig. I just discoved pulse mig and the machine is more than my syncrowave 200. Im trying to build some aluminum parts and my lincoln sp100 with flux wont work, so I bought the miller. Can someone show some good pulse mig aluminum welds. Im trying to do 1" and 1 1/4 inch tube.lincoln sp100miller syncrOwave 200 matobo grinders6 different torches for display Learning the trade

Reply:lol. I was wondering if a pulse mig would be sufficent for 6061 1" .120 wall tube for production and would be as pretty as tig? The rest was laughing and venting on the why mig subject from last month. Ive dot a lot to learn and a lot of things going on up there. Maybe the pipe would help slow things down.lincoln sp100miller syncrOwave 200 matobo grinders6 different torches for display Learning the trade
Reply:The other first stuff is realated to the discussion on why tig? Reading it gave me a more optomistic view on processes. My state of mind has been 6061 aluminum and tig to make a fu#&ing bumper. Now im telling myself it aint a f&%$en rocket. Just pardon me I need my meds.lincoln sp100miller syncrOwave 200 matobo grinders6 different torches for display Learning the trade
