im on thin metal in class now and i passed my vertical and horizontal test with no problems it didnt even take that many test plates. im on overhead now and my beads aren't looking good, slag holes and under cut (sorry not allowed to have cam phones where i work so no pics), instructor not beign to helpful maybe i can get some help here? but anyways im burning 3/32 1078 rods at 90amps. Also im going to add my right arm and hand is extremely sore from doing overheads for most the weekalso im welding 3/16 steel plates |
