Resistance projection welding

Hello everibody.I´m welding with Resistance projection welding in the automotive parts industry and it´s not easy to get good sound welding parameters.Could anybody recommend me a book or text???Thanks beforehand.
Reply:are we talking about resistance spot welding? or the rolling seam welding?

Reply:Thanks!!!!!!!I´m talking about resistance spot welding with "protuberances", exactly three protuberances for each piece. First piece is 1,8 mm thick and second(wich has the there protuberances) is 3 mm thick.boatbuoy: I can do destructive test at every moment but the results are not very constant....... I suspect that I destroy the protuberances very fast, in the first Intensity pass. The protuberance of the middle ussually sucks.
