I didn't know there was a cylinder this big, check the listing out and see what size you think it is.  The guy gives the diminsions etc. I went to a site and there wasn't a bottle of this diminsion stated?   Looks like it might be an ok deal if my LWS "Airgas" will fill it due to its large size.  I'll be using it for my MiG.http://dallas.craigslist.org/tls/683726975.html
Reply:Looks like a Co2 cylinder from a stationary fire suppression system.Be careful of  "just change the valve" claims, some such cylinders have an oversizevalve thread, that is not readily available for all gases.About the price - Wouldn't LWS sell you one for that price or less? Good Luck
Reply:Cheapest place I could find was $250 for a 200cf here in Dallas.
Reply:thats not worth it.  Keep an eye out for oxygen cylinders, most people think they can only be filled with oxygen so they try and sell them.I buy owner only bottles, 250cf and bigger, and never pay more than 75 for them, all of craigsist.  Keep your eye out.By the way, the last one i bought, i swapped for a argon, cost 70 for cylinder, 70 for fill. Also, CO2 gets rated in pounds, because they are filled with liquid that off gasses to create co2 gas.  Unlike argon or c25 which are filled with compressed gas.  Dont know if your LWS will switch a co2 for an argon at a later date if you decide to do so.
