Reply:Nice work. I can't tell from the picts real well, is there a side "A" and a side "B" or just an "A"? It looks like the far side both uprights go to the middle and the near side they both go to the outside. If so, you might be able to alter the design slightly so that you use the same leg and the left side is out at one end and in on the other and use the same jig for both sides. Now make one with adjustable legs for uneven ground. Possibly slip in tubes with pin adjustments? And feet. The open pipe would drive me nuts on lawns, as they sink in when loaded..No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. Reply:it looks like electrical conduit, if that is the case that would not be even schedule 40 thickness, I do not belive I would trust 1,000lbs on them but it is a good idea
Reply:Nice design. Of course they'll hold 1000lb. I have plastic sawhorses rated at 1000lb.Lincoln SA200, HH135, Lencospot, HF80 Inverter, Rockwell 11x35 lathe, HF drill mill, Kama 554 tractor w/ FEL & BH, Belarus 250AS, lot's of Chinese tools

Reply:When you build one horse, are both sides (legs) exactly the same or are the measurements different for the legs?.No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. Reply:the 2x4 is just on there so if you are cutting with a jig saw or circular saw so you dont get in to the saw horse and ruin your blade or cut in to the horse yes they have a patent i wouldnt say they do if they did not doesnt mean some one else doesnt have the same kind of idea i do and yes they will hold 1000Lbs they have been tested and enginered to those specs ive been doing this for 19 yrs now and i am pretty surew i know what i am talking aboutLincoln Pro Core 125Lincolin sp 100Miller Big 40Lincoln Idealarc SP250miller matic 212http://www.facebook.com/hdwelding?sk=wallwww.hdweldingbeds.com

Reply:Nice work.  Congrats on getting it patented and selling it.  I'd like to do that on some of my ideas.Miller 211 MIGMiller 375 Extreme Plasma CutterMiller Maxstar 150 STL TIGOxy-Acetylene torch
Reply:http://www.millerwelds.com/interests...ct/2778636157/It just seem like a lot of trouble to patent something that is already out there. I have tried to patent a few things and in the long run it has to make a bunch of money to be worth it.
Reply:lol.. i owe you some money man.. lol.. those look identical to mine except i have a 4" channel (that's welded to the frame) that holds my 2x4 in place.. (well.. actually the carriage bolts hold it in place).. lol.......patent.......if you're not livin on the edge, you're takin up too much room..
Reply:well for those that are sceptics think what you will im not here to agrue weather they will or wont hold the weight or if they have a patent or don't I know the truth and thats all that really matters as far as wanting a patent number go to the patent website and look it up the public is free to search for pattents and numbers to the others who have gave some good feed back and other compliments thank you very much !!!Lincoln Pro Core 125Lincolin sp 100Miller Big 40Lincoln Idealarc SP250miller matic 212http://www.facebook.com/hdwelding?sk=wallwww.hdweldingbeds.com
Reply:oh and one more note they have had a patent since the 80's my father invented them and i have just keep renewing the pattent and keep on building them so i guess think what you willLincoln Pro Core 125Lincolin sp 100Miller Big 40Lincoln Idealarc SP250miller matic 212http://www.facebook.com/hdwelding?sk=wallwww.hdweldingbeds.com
Reply:Must be a full time job monitoring the patent on folding saw horses. I'm surprised you have the time to make any. I bet there are heaps on google. Let me know if you want the address of my local hardware store. They would have a few versions.Yeah, I carry.House keys, wallet, some change, usually a newspaper, maybe a pen.
Reply:nice looking sea horses...good idea.  As long as they aren't point loaded I see no problem with 1000 rating
Reply:I like them.  I saw some heavier versions (drill stem) with the legs coped instead of crimped.  I have a folding set of horses and some fixed leg horses.  I was going to build some like yours out of some sch40 when mine die.
Reply:wow drill stem that would be quite the horse a lil heavy for my use but very good idea and coping the ends is a very good idea as well again i want to thank all of you that are giving the good feed back not that i mind constructive critizisim just don't really have a use for the ones who think they know allLincoln Pro Core 125Lincolin sp 100Miller Big 40Lincoln Idealarc SP250miller matic 212http://www.facebook.com/hdwelding?sk=wallwww.hdweldingbeds.com
Reply:oh also i know there ard diff versions of folding/colapsing sawhoses out there the home depot sells them here that is a obvious one there but other than a few ive seen here and there in other shops never have seen any that are the same style as mine its just like cars and trucks there are all diffrent kinds makes and models but it the end its still a car or truck same applies here i mean really sometimes i wonder if any one really thinks before they speak anymore not trying to stir up crap but sit back and tink about it for a bit and actualy think about it rather than just going with your 1st impression or instinct thats all thanksLincoln Pro Core 125Lincolin sp 100Miller Big 40Lincoln Idealarc SP250miller matic 212http://www.facebook.com/hdwelding?sk=wallwww.hdweldingbeds.com
