I went into town last weekend to sing some karaoke and while i was out i saw many people who i hadnt seen in a while and I ended up getting asked to do work for a few people on the way. Being out was a good thing, I got asked to redo the speed limit sign for one of the stratas in town. I think it will be good advertising for me.I used chrome plated tubing from the old universal gym and one of the end caps to plug off the top, i used galvinzed flat bar with a tab that is bent on the end with a whole in the tab, i got tons of these flat bars so thats why i used them. used my circle cutter to make a base to sit on the tire rimNothing Ever Got Done By Quitting, Never Give Up.
Reply:I did think of turning the rim the other way, but i thought this would be better incase they were using it on rocky ground, if its too tippy ill ad some weight to it, LOL hey that would be nice to get a truck load of em orderd, they budgeted 100 bucks for this one so thats what i charged LOL.Nothing Ever Got Done By Quitting, Never Give Up.
Reply:The city should put those in my neighborhood with the addition of a claymore mine in the bottom. The drunks would have a real blast coming home in the early hours of the morning.
