I was asked what the difference is between the two. I know a person that works at Miller and this is what they told me. They are identical machines except the drive housing on the miller is made of cast aluminum. The handler has a plastic housing. The handler has taps for the voltage settings and the Miller has infinite adjustment. The miller has auto set(which I don't care for)and the handler does not. The whip and gun are interchangeable as well as the consumables. The miller is $200 to $300 more than the handler. All internal components are the same on both and they have the same warranty. All wire welders for both miller and hobart are made at miller in Appleton Wi. Just thought I would share this information with everyone.
