old Lincoln welder/generator...ANY GOOD???

hey guys do any of you know anything about this old lincoln welder/generator? This one does run. Are they worth looking into? I told the guy i would give him $75 for it.I just need it for a few small jobs out of the shop.
Reply:If he will go $75 you better snag it, but it is probably worth 3-400 running and welding. Reply:75.00?....SNAG IT!I bought my Miller Roughneck because it had a K series Kohler and having 25 Cub Cadets that all have Kohlers I have lots of parts and knowledge......plus how do you turn down a 50.00 engine drive?
Reply:ok good to know. He email me back and was like im going to hold off and get it running so i can sell it for $150 which is what he got it for. Then i reply to him i will give him $100 how it is and he said no i need $150...lol ok so you want to sell it right now for $150 not running or welding...but if i wait for you to get it running you are still going to sell it for $150...dude is on drugs. haha I told him the order still stands so i'll see what happens. Reply:You must be a Michigander.  I spotted that weldanpower on CL a week ago, and didn't bother calling on it because I'm not looking for an AC only machine.  He sounds like the same clown that wanted 300 bucks for a completely torn apart early 80's miller roughneck with a "blown but repairable" engine.
