This is a fitting that came off a pressure line to feed a rear air conditioning unit on a RV...The customer don't want the rear to work anymore.. Anyway there were 2 of these to do so the customer could block off the line..Don't ask me why..I just work there. We all know how easy it is to turn something this small into a molten puddle of aluminum in short order..The welder was set to 200 amps..3/32 red tungsten..Straight argon this time..1/16" 5356 filler..Positioner in use...I have not welded anything this small in a while..I get all the fun jobs.....zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.

Reply:Great job done the hard way. I think that I would of cheated and crimped the tube coming from the fitting and brazed that shut. Reply:Ol' Zap almost always puts a dime in the pic for size reference if something in the background doesn't give a reference. It's a good thing because if you haven't seen something personally sometimes it's hard to visualize the size of it in a pic. By the way, Zap, that is a mighty fine small weld!!!
