Syncrowave 180 SD tig question

Hi folks, I finally got a mig machine. Older 180 SD thats like new. My question is  for someone that has never used a tig machine before, what is the best thing to learn on, I have a bottle of argon, and a bottle of 75/25, so gas wise I  am good to go. Is steel easier, or should I start with some sheet aluminum. I can stick, mig ,and gas weld, so this in my new venture of learning, and ideas would be appreciated to start me in right direction, thanks Ed.
