problem with welding machine, help please..

Wondering if anybody can help me diagnose this problem.  I have a air Liquide t150i, tig and stick. Today I was just trying to get my heat set right to weld an aluminum muffler can.  Anyways, so I'm welding away, and I hear this clicking sound, and then my welder starts making a high pitch squeel and now won't even give me enough arc to darken my welding shield.  So now everytime I hit the button on my tig torch I hear a high pitch squeel, snd if I put it close to metal I get nothing.  I've got it opened up here, but I really have no idea what to look for, and my manuals not much help either. Anybody ever have this problem?  Thanks Matt
Reply:Your manual doesn't have a diagnostics routine for testing PCB with Digital multimeter? Contact the manufaturer they should have one.
