Here's a project i did in 25 minutes today. Not anything technical by any means, just some fun with left over 1/8 rod and other scrap. My dad is really into kokopelli's, and is in need of decorations for his new house, so this will likely end up there. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kokopelli~Justin Manufacturing EngineerWWU Vehicle Research Institute c/o 2010
Reply:Thanks for the wiki link, I thought the figure was just a doodle, didn't know there was any history behind it.Sure beats the inukshuks we have around here. They are from the far north but now every rock cut on the road seems to have one.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inukshuk"The reason we are here is that we are not all there"SA 200Idealarc TM 300 300MM 200MM 25130a SpoolgunPrecision Tig 375Invertec V350 ProSC-32 CS 12 Wire FeederOxweld/Purox O/AArcAirHypertherm Powermax 85LN25
Reply:Nice! I like to make little guys out of scrap, too. Of course, for me, that is about my welding limit. Just a hobbyist, retired. Never will be a real welder like most of you guys.(Retired) Professional firefighter, amateur everything else I try to do...Oh yeah: Go Big Red! (You know: one of the 12 members of the Big 10 cuz we left the 10 members of the Big 12...)
Reply:Kokopelli's are cool whatever they are made from. Yours is too.
