have a weird one. picked up a new in box lincoln 125hd the other day. as luck would have it i wound up doing a trade at the local welding store for the k2526-1 aka the overpriced mig conversion kit. anyway, i pull the lid off to wire it up and......no wires. on top of that the poly feed hose was too cut short {look straight down from the capacitor}. anyone remember where the solenoid gets energized from?my thoughts are to call lincoln on monday since this welder is listed athttp://www.lincolnelectric.com/Catal...t.aspx?p=58253as being able to convert with the k2526-1 just like the older work pak 125s just wondering if this is a common thing. kind of irked me not being able to get it up and going for the weekend projects. Reply:Look in the unit manual at the wiring diagram that shows the gas valve connections. As for the hose, go down to your local auto parts store and get a couple feet of rubber hose to run a new one and get welding.
