Its been a busy few weeks for me, but I did manage to take some photos in the chaos. We had to drill and tap some holes for a few guards we made, so we had to get a little creative because of the restrictions of room.I wish I had taken more of this job, but the trailer has some issues with the deck support which was 5" channel. Two of them needed replaced on the drivers side and we had no material. So I hacked off the rear bumper(5" channel) and replaced it with 4". Problem solved. And the local high school maintenance guy dropped off a pole vault cover plate that was broke in half. I didnt think the repair would be very difficult except for the possibility of a poor casting, which it was. Lots of sand and crap was coming out of the original material and forcing me to do alot of grinding. But I did manage to get it all together when it cracked right in the middle where it was really thin. I gave up at that point and told the guy that I had no way of doing any post heating to such a large piece, so I quoted him on a new one.
