I have a decent piece of wood that i would like to make into a camping table to put the stove on and would like to make folding legs fairly easy, any ideas? Thanks
Reply:maybe you could give us some more information. how heavy is the stove, how tall do you want it, etc etc. If you want basic folding table ideas, just google "folding table" and get some ideas.Millermatic 135Syncrowave 250
Reply:I would buy a set from HF. They are cheap and just screw onto wood.
Reply:are they on hf's website? i want it about 4' high its just a coleman propane two burner stove, not heavy.
Reply:ok i see them, i though i looked at hf before guess not, thanks
Reply:i went to get them and they are only 28" tall no good

Reply:What norite said. It will still be better than having to build them.
Reply:i dony have any metal to add to those legs, but i could build the table bottom up with more wood.
Reply:i would say just make a set of screw type legs it would be just as easy but thats just me

Reply:Getting the "4 bar" system to work might be a pain, especially if you aren't willing to fabricate. For my wooden workbench I put two bolts on each leg holding it to the top. That way, if I am moving, which I seem to do frequently, I can take all 4 legs off easily and everything is compact. I've attached photos of my very first garage setup out of college at my apartment : ) or should I say : (. Regardless, this design my be interesting to you.
