Reply:I've amazed myself how flame quenching could bend or straighten steel.   I never knew there were hydraulic frame shops like this, can't wait to see some "action" shots, showing some of the set ups and of course the final result."The reason we are here is that we are not all there"SA 200Idealarc TM 300 300MM 200MM 25130a SpoolgunPrecision Tig 375Invertec V350 ProSC-32 CS 12 Wire FeederOxweld/Purox O/AArcAirHypertherm Powermax 85LN25

Reply:Had a 3 post chief EZ liner and blew a hose pulling an old Chevette.  Bigger mess than the car was worth.  Ended up pulling the car in 2 tryng to get the unibody panel underneath to straighten.  Oh well, pull up tha carpet and weld it back together.  Came out good in the end, just took a little extra time.BobI'm spending my Kids inheritance, I dont like him that much anyway!!!!!!Enuff tools to do the job, enough sense to use em.Anybody got a spare set of kidneys?  Trade?
Reply:Amazing work, that first trailer looks straight as an arrow.  I knew they had frame machines for cars but I never knew they had them for heavy trucks and trailers.I assume these are frames from semi-dump trailers  which went over on their side?  Happens around here fairly often.  Many operators here have switched to  trailers which are either frameless, belly dumps or moving floor to avoid this happening. Is this a shop built setup or was it bought from Enerpac?Do you  use your hydraulic setup to re-arch beds on gooseneck float trailers? Thanks for the pics."The reason we are here is that we are not all there"SA 200Idealarc TM 300 300MM 200MM 25130a SpoolgunPrecision Tig 375Invertec V350 ProSC-32 CS 12 Wire FeederOxweld/Purox O/AArcAirHypertherm Powermax 85LN25

Reply:How many man hours go into a job like that?  I'm not aware of anyone in or around Portland Oregon that does that kind of work.  I wonder if there would be much call for it out here.Common sense in an uncommon degree is what the world calls wisdom.
