Reply:Ed,A suggestive thought popped into my head for your chair rack.I'm not an experienced professional chair mover but I have moved that exact style chair a couple times and always found it easiest to run your hand down the top of the chair to lift as many as will fit up to your elbow and go (orange arrow). It looks like your design has you lifting the chairs up and out the center of the rack which may be difficult and exhausting.If you made the horizontal and vertical bars on one end removable (yellow lines) you may find loading and unloading to be quicker and easier (black arrows).Just a thought.Also note I marked up your unpainted picture so I wouldn't scratch your fresh paint job  Attached Images
Reply:Removable parts get lost when out on a rentalI just copied a cart that is on the market and used quite a bit in the Film biz. Reply:Hi Broccoli 1  I recently realized you do rentals for venues/concerts etc.  Do weddings, lots of food, everyone is happy, and the "scenery" in nice too. ?  I had two carts which were heavy wood with good 360 degree rotating rollers, size?  like about a 30"x30" flatbed kinda' thing.  You could put speakers, amps etc. on them and they had two heavy ropes tied underneath, one at each end. Reply:I used to have a guy visit my shop. He was a big time  pro photographer, who did a lot of high $ shots. At the time he was married to a Dr. here.  One day he walks in and tells me he had just finished doing pictures of Stevie Nix, with a Grand piano behind her... for Christmas I think.  He always seemed a little iffy, so I took it with a grain of salt.  Jokes on me, he brought me a 5x7 about a week later. She's spacey but I like her voice, and the rest of here ain't bad especially in the early days.
